WHAT IS A Ductless Mini Split?
A ductless mini-split system is an air conditioner/heater solution designed for residences or flats that lack any existing ductwork or cannot accommodate its installation. Unlike conventional heating/cooling systems, the ductless mini-split system does not rely on ductwork. It consists of two main components: an exterior unit (condenser) and one or more interior units (evaporator). The exterior unit is connected to the internal unit(s) through a copper line that transports the refrigerant. During the summer, the interior unit delivers cool air to each zone (room), while it provides warm air in the winter.
